2022 Chevrolet Colorado

Four trims are available for the 2022 Chevrolet Colorado: WT (Work Truck), LT, Z71, and ZR2. The cab lengths available are either extended or crew cab. Opting for the crew cab gets two options for the bed length. The WT sits atop 17-inch Ultra Silver painted wheels and features a chrome rear bumper with CornerStep, halogen headlights, and cab-mounted cargo lights. Also added to the ZR2 are off-road items such as a rear bumper, fender flares, and front fascia.

Two engine options are available for the 2022 Chevrolet Colorado and depend on the cab you select. Opting for the extended cab gets you a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine paired with a six-speed automatic transmission that produces up to 200 horsepower and 191 pound-feet of torque. The crew cab is paired with a 3.6-liter V-6 engine mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission and makes up to 308 horsepower and 275 pound-feet of torque.

The rear-wheel drive is the standard offering for the drivetrain, but the optional all-wheel drive handles rougher terrain and inclement weather conditions. The LT and Z71 trims also offer a Trail Boss package that includes performance skid plates, a 1-inch suspension leveling kit, and red recovery hooks. Towing capacities are 3,500 pounds with the 2.5-liter four-cylinder and 7,000 pounds with the 3.6-liter V-6.
